1. Operator

BuddyBet Challenge (the “Service”) is operated by the individual Juan Shulinho Gaucho, contact e-mail: info@buddybetchallenge.com.

The Service is a non-commercial hobby project, free of charge.

2. Description of the Service

BuddyBet Challenge is an online prediction game for groups of friends. Users predict the outcomes of sports matches and special events within closed tournaments.

The Service is not a betting operator or a gambling operator. No money or other property values are wagered. Any voluntary donations or prizes within individual groups are organized by users outside the application; the operator is not responsible for them.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required. By registering, the user confirms they are at least 15 years old and that they agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The user must provide a valid e-mail address and choose a unique nickname. Accounts are non-transferable.

Users may delete their account at any time by sending a request to info@buddybetchallenge.com.

4. Rules of Conduct

Users agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and good morals.

Prohibited in particular: vulgar, abusive or discriminatory expressions in nicknames, messages or group names; spam or unsolicited promotional content; attempts to disrupt the Service; creating multiple accounts to gain an in-game advantage.

The operator may remove infringing content without compensation and block or delete the user's account.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of availability, fitness for purpose, or freedom from defects.

The operator is not liable for data loss, downtime, incorrectly evaluated predictions, or any damage caused by use or inability to use the Service.

Sports results are obtained from publicly available sources and the operator does not warrant their completeness or accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software of the Service are protected by copyright. Users may not copy, modify or commercially exploit them without the operator's consent.

7. Changes and Termination

The operator may amend these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by e-mail or an in-app notice.

The operator may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without compensation to users.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Czech courts.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

These Terms become effective on June 3, 2026.
